Below is the info on the Hotel we arranged a group rate with. I have been there personally to see the Hotel and rooms, and it is beautiful! Wonderful restaurants inside, shops etc. Exercise room,
pool, even a great area for kids. They are willing to give us this rate for the Fri/Sat night Oct 24 & 25th. However I know some people are planning to stay an extra few days - simply ask the reservations desk if they are able to extend this rate or what is the best price they can give you. Sometimes you can get a further discount if you are a SENIOR or have a AAA membership - don't forget to mention that, as well.

There are some local hotels that are a bit cheaper, but I viewed them, and they weren't in the best area, or were not that clean. I know I would not have been happy staying there so I didn't feel comfortable endorsing them. Of course you are more than welcome to book wherever you would like - but I have set up the best rate I can get with this hotel, and I assure you it is a great hotel.

CURRENCY / COMMISSION

All of the rates quoted in this agreement are in Canadian funds and are net, non-commissionable.

TAXES / FEES

Currently room rates are subject to the following taxes:

1) Ontario Provincial Tax 5%
2) Federal Goods and Services Tax 5%
3) Destination Marketing Fee 3%

Please note that the above taxes and fees may change without notice.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS

Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $20.00 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is 3 (three) adults.

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT

We are pleased to provide a smoke-free environment. This includes all public areas, restaurants, meeting rooms and guestrooms. For the benefit of all our guests, we request that they kindly refrain from smoking in the hotel. If guests wish to smoke, they are welcome to visit any of the designated smoking areas provided, in accordance with current provincial legislation. If a guest chooses to smoke in their guest room, we will have to carry out a rigorous deep-cleaning
process, including air purification, to return the room to its smoke-free condition-a process that entails a recovery fee of $200, which will be applied directly to the guest's account.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however rooms may not be immediately available. Check out time is 11:00 A.M. Requests to check out time after 3:00 P.M. should be directed to the Assistant Front Office Manager, on the day of departure, once the participant is registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check out, a late departure charge may be applicable.


RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Individual Reservations - Individuals are responsible for making their own individual reservations.

Please call our Reservations Department at 1-800- CHELSEA (1-800-243-5732) within North America or 1-800-D CHELSEA (1-800-324-35732) internationally.

Callers must identify themselves as being with: The Jamie Aaron Group and call prior to September 24, 2008 in order to qualify for your group rate and ensure availability.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS/NO SHOWS

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods. No-show charges will apply if a guest does not arrive on the date of their reservation or if notice of cancellation is received by the hotel after 4PM on the day of arrival. Attendees should note and retain the cancellation number quoted to them by the reservations agent at the time the cancellation is made.

BILLING ARRANGEMENTS:

We understand that the attendees of your group will be responsible for all their own charges, that is room, tax, meals, and incidental charges.
